SilentSend registration and use is only permitted for real people. It is prohibited to create or manage accounts through bots, automated scripts or other methods that exclude direct human participation. To register, you must provide a valid email address and any additional information requested by the system. You are entirely responsible for the safety of your password and the protection of your account. SilentSend is not liable for damages resulting from your negligence, such as lost password or unauthorized access. In the event of a suspected account hack or security breach, you must immediately notify SilentSend support.

SilentSend guarantees your privacy. The service does not track user activity, edit or transfer personal data to third parties, including payment information, email content or action history, without your explicit consent. Exceptions are situations provided for by law: for example, investigation of offenses at the official request of the court or government agencies. In such cases, SilentSend is obliged to provide only the information that is expressly indicated in the legally justified request.

You are solely responsible for the content and activity in your SilentSend account. It is prohibited to use the service for:

illegal purposes in your country or the country where the service is provided; publishing or distributing materials that violate laws, including content containing threats, hatred, racism, slander, disinformation, obscenity, propaganda of violence, drug trafficking (including pharmaceuticals), hacker attacks, DoS/DDoS, piracy, arms trafficking, money laundering, child pornography, escort services, pornography, spam, phishing, sending viruses or malware; automation of actions in the account (scripts, bots, simulators); fraud, including forgery of identity (for example, employees of ContactOffice Group SA) or manipulation of data to hide the origin of the content; violation of copyright, patents, trade secrets; creating more than two accounts per user or registering on behalf of third parties without their consent; violation of export laws of the country where the service is provided; stalking, bullying, interference with the work of SilentSend (including DDoS attacks, vulnerability testing, XSS scripts); collecting personal data of other users without permission; reselling the service on behalf of ContactOffice Group SA without an official agreement.

In case of violation of this User Conduct Policy, your account(s) will be(are) cancelled without prior notice and will remain closed.

SilentSend reserves the right to change, suspend or completely terminate the provision of services (or parts thereof) at any time without prior notice. Users will be informed of significant changes 30 days in advance, except in cases related to force majeure. SilentSend is not liable for damages caused by modifications, temporary or permanent suspension of the service, either to you or to third parties.

You retain all rights to the content uploaded to SilentSend. The appearance, name and elements of the service are the intellectual property of SilentSend. It is prohibited to reproduce, copy, sell, resell or otherwise use parts of the service (including HTML/CSS/JS/JSP, visual design) without the written consent of SilentSend.

Use of SilentSend is at your own risk. SilentSend has the right (but is not obligated) to remove content that violates laws, copyrights, terms of use, or contains threats, defamation, pornography, obscenity, or other objectionable content. The decision to remove is at the sole discretion of SilentSend.

By using SilentSend, you agree that the service is not responsible for any damage caused by:

• use or inability to use SilentSend;
• unauthorized access, leakage or modification of your data;
• actions, statements or content of third parties posted on the platform.

SilentSend does not compensate for damages related to the listed situations.
